Brewing Guidelines
- Matcha: 2 scoops
- Water: 60–70ml
- Temperature: approx. 80°C
1. Warm the bowl, then sift the matcha through a fine strainer.
2. Pour water at approx. 80°C and whisk 20–30 strokes until fine foam forms.
3. Enjoy immediately.
