Shipping

  • Dispatch Time - Within 2–5 working days of order confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping - From £2.99 for tea products.
    Shipping for teaware and other items is calculated at checkout based on weight and size.
  • Free Shipping - FREE on orders over £40
  • Carrier - Royal Mail or a trusted courier service.
    Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.
  • Delivery Time - 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on location.

Shipping

We carefully package every order to preserve tea quality and
reduce environmental impact.

  • Standard Shipping - ¥770 (tax incl.)  —  nationwide flat rate
    * Excluding Okinawa Prefecture
  • Free Shipping - FREE  on orders over ¥5,000 (tax incl.)
  • Okinawa Prefecture - ¥1,540 (tax incl.)  for all areas of Okinawa Prefecture.
    Free shipping promotion does not apply to Okinawa Prefecture.
  • Delivery Method
  • Carriers - Yamato Transport, Japan Post, or Sagawa Express.
  • Delivery Type - Depending on item size and type: standard parcel
    or letterbox delivery (Letter Pack etc.).
    Letterbox delivery does not support scheduled time slots.

 

Scheduled Delivery

  • Availability - For standard parcel delivery only, scheduled arrival from 2 days after dispatch date.
    If no preference, we will ship at the earliest available date once your order is ready.
  • Exceptions - Letterbox-type deliveries and some remote island areas are not eligible for scheduled delivery.
  • Accepted Cards - Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners Club / Discover
    * SSL encryption protects all card information. Please shop with confidence.

 

Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellations & Changes - Changes or cancellations after order confirmation are generally not accepted.
    Please review your order carefully before confirming.
  • Returns & Exchanges - Due to the nature of food products, returns for personal preference are not accepted. In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via the enquiry form within 7 days of receipt. We will promptly arrange a replacement.

 We currently ship within the UK and Japan. For all other destinations, please contact us directly — we will do our best to assist.
