Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 2 working days before the scheduled delivery.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy below.
Refunds
In accordance with UK consumer protection law, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: for food or other items requiring hygiene control, refunds can only be accepted if the product remains unopened. This does not apply in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete your return.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
